Using Madara's name and disguising his identity, Obito traveled to the Shadows of the Ninja World to get the rest of the Tsuki no Eye plan. and offered to assist the young Akatsuki in creating the peaceful world they had envisioned. Obito almost tried to influence Nagato, but Yahiko, the leader of Akatsuki, refused. Obito stated that he eventually agreed without notifying the other Akatsuki members.

Tobi papercraft is designed with 3 pages and 80 parts, the model depicts him carrying a large fan with a white mask that looks very scary and mysterious.
