Sasuke Uchiha (Japanese: う ち は サ ス , Hepburn: Uchiha Sasuke) (/ˈsɑːskeɪ/) is a fictional character in the Naruto manga and anime series created by Masashi Kishimoto. Sasuke belongs to the infamous ninja clan, the most powerful Uchiha clan allied with Konoha (Konohagakure no Sato, English version: "Hidden Leaf Village"). Most of its members were massacred by Uchiha Itachi, Sasuke's brother, before the series began, with Sasuke being one of the few that survived.
