Kakuzu (角 都, Kakuzu) is an S-rank ninja missing from Takigakure and a member of Akatsuki who worked with Hidan. Kisame Hoshigaki jokingly calls them Zombie Combo (ゾ ン ビ コ ン , Zonbi Konbi, English TV: Zombie Pair). However, this quest ended in defeat to the Shinobi God. He makes a living by earning bounty on the black market and tearing apart the still-beating hearts of powerful shinobi to prolong his own life and weapons.
